Art For Life at the Red Mile

Our annual Art for Life Auction will be held on World AIDS Day which is December 1, 2007 at The Red Mile Round Barn. AVOL will be providing heavy hors devours and an open bar. The event will start at 6:00pm consisting of both a silent and live auction with an exciting lineup of artists including the world-renowned equine artist, Andre Pater. Our Honorary Chair for the evening will be Vice-Mayor Jim Gray.

Tickets to the event are $70 per person, and $125 per couple.

If you are an artist who would like to participate in the event please read this letter to our artistic friends, as well as our art donation application.

We hope that you can attend and will consider sponsoring the event with a monetary, in-kind or silent auction donation. Below are our Sponsorship Opportunities:

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $5000

Platinum SPonsors will receive recognition in all promotional materials and advertising nd will have their logo featured on the invitation and event program. The sponsor will receive ten guest tickets for the evening, will be introduced prior to the live auction and will be rcognized on signage at the event.

GOLD SPONSOR: $2,500

Gold Sponsors will receive recognition in all promotional materials and advertising and will have their logo featured on the invitation and event program. The sponsor will receive 6 guest tickets and will be recognized on signage at the event.

SILVER SPONSOR: $1,500

Silver sponsors will have their name featured on the event program. The sponsor will receive 4 guest tickets and will be recognized on signage at the event.

BRONZE SPONSOR: $1,000

Bronze sponsors will have their name featured on the event program. THe sponsor will receive 2 guest tickets and will be recognized on signage at the event.

ART FOR LIFE SPONSORS: $100 each

AVOL will run public service announcement regarding the importance of our community outreachand support services and the ned for volunteers and financial contributions. Sponsors may show their support of this message by sponsoring these PSA's. Their sponsorships will be shown through a crawl (if TV) or mentioned (if print or radio) during the message.
